Can I swim with my dog?

Sorry, but no. For health and safety reasons only ATC staff are allowed in the pool and treadmills.

Can I bring my children along?

Yes you may, but please be advised that children under the age of seven cannot be allowed in the aquatics room for safety reasons. Children over the age of seven are welcome to attend and observe.

Do you accept CareCredit ?

Yes, we do accept CareCredit. We also accept all major credit cards, personal checks and cash as forms of payment. Payments are due upon rendering of services.

Do you accept Pet Insurance?

Many pet insurance policies will cover some or all of your charges for rehabilitation, acupuncture and more. You should check with your insurance provider. As is the case with all pet insurance, you must pay your bill to us in full and then submit to your provider for reimbursement. We will be glad to fill out documentation that you may have and submit claims, but we do not take payment from insurance companies.

Do you have discounts?

We do offer packages. These packages are awarded a 10% when prepaid in advance. These packages are not refundable unless we deem the program to be unsuitable for your dog.

What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you must unavoidably cancel an appointment, we request that you let us know at least 24 hours prior to the appointment so that we may give another pet a chance to use this time. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

What happens if I am late for my appointment?

Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you and your pet. If you are late in arriving, your pet’s treatment will necessarily be shortened so as to finish on time and allow the next client’s appointment to commence on time. In case of extreme lateness that does not allow sufficient time for completing your pet’s program, we may ask you to reschedule and you may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Can you give me advice over the phone for my pet?

We will do our utmost to explain what we have to offer and to work with you and your veterinarian to advise you on whether and when your pet should be seen by us. However, until we have met and examined your pet it is unlawful for our veterinarians or other staff to prescribe any treatments or course of action.
